Chicken Pastries

Pour oil into a pan.

Add chicken pieces, ginger and garlic paste, and cook until all the water has evaporated.

Leave the chicken aside.

Melt some butter in the pan.

Add ginger and garlic paste, chili paste, cumin powder, black pepper, and chili powder, and cook for a minute.

Add tomato sauce, garlic, chili sauce, sweet corn, and potatoes to the pan.

Shred the cooked chicken and add it to the mixture.

Add peppers and chopped coriander, and mix everything together.

Cut the 5x5 pastry squares in half.

Add a little flour paste to the edges of the pastry.

Fill the pastry with the chicken mixture and seal the edges.

Cut a few slits on top of the pastries.

Brush the pastries with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes until the pastry is cooked and golden.
