2 cups water
1 pandan leaf
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp rose water
1 tbsp dhiyaahakuru

Wash and soak yellow split gram (mugu) for at least 30 mins to 1 hour.

Drain the water.

Add soaked mugu, water and pandan leaves. Cook till it is cooked and no more water left. Remove pandan leaves and let it cool down.

Blend cooked mugu and sugar.

Remove to a mixing bowl. Add coconut milk and mix it. Add eggs and mix well.

Add flour gradually while mixing it. Add rose water and mix. Add dhiyaahakuru and mix it.
