1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup freshly grated coconut
6 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon size tamarind
1.5 glass water
3 glass water
750g chopped malabar spinach
1 small slice chopped onion
6-7 cleaned crab
salt to taste

Heat a pan and add 8-9 dry red chili.

Warm the chili and add 1 tsp of black pepper; stir.

Add 4 tsp of coriander seeds and fry for a while.

Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and stir until fragrant.

Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.

Transfer the fried substances to a jar.

Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 cup of freshly grated coconut, 6 garlic cloves, and 1/2 lemon size of tamarind.

Add 1.5 glass of water and grind to make a fine paste.

In a pan, add 3 glass of water and 750g of chopped malabar spinach; close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

Open the lid and add 1 small slice of chopped onion and 6-7 cleaned crab.

Season with salt to taste and add the grinded mixture; mix well.

Close the lid and cook for another 15 minutes.

Open the lid, mix well, and switch off the flame.
