Chop the onions in semi circles.

Chop the tomatoes and carrot into medium pieces.

If adding beans, soak them in cold water mixed with 1 teaspoon of baking soda overnight.

Place the meat in a pot with cold water and start boiling on high flame; remove all the foam that forms until cooking is finished.

Once the meat is boiled for about 1 hour, add all the vegetables including the beans and continue simmering for another 3-5 hours.

After boiling, add the peeled potatoes and continue to simmer for another 20-30 minutes until they are ready.

Season with salt, pepper, or vegeta to taste after adding the potatoes.

Remove all the ingredients onto a separate plate and chop some fresh onions on top, leaving the beans and broth in the pot.

Serve the soup while hot.
