4 large red chili peppers
2 small green chili peppers
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 lb fish (such as tuna or mackerel)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
2 stalks lemongrass

Put on gloves to avoid touching eyes after handling chilies.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl with salt and sugar and let it rest.
