Add seasoned beef ribs to the pressure pot.
In a food processor, combine bell peppers, yellow onion, red onion, spring onions, and garlic, then process.
Add half a cup of water to the beef ribs in the pressure pot and cook on the meat setting for 20 minutes.
Release the pressure and transfer some meat stock to a clean bowl.
In a 12-inch cast iron skillet, add cooking oil and sauté onions and bell peppers over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the reserved beef stock and whisk until creamy.
Transfer the peanut butter mixture to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
Season with better than bouillon roasted beef base, pepper sauce, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and 2 teaspoons of Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, mixing well.
Add the beef riblets to the skillet and mix to coat with the sauce.
Broil in the oven on high for 3-5 minutes.
Plate the riblets and garnish with green onions.
