1 tbsp cornflour

Prepare the dough for lachha paratha by mixing 1/2 kg maida with 1.5 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp sugar, and 2-2.5 tbsp milk powder.

Mix the dry ingredients by hand, then add 2 tbsp oil and knead into a soft dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-30 minutes.

For the chicken patty, mix minced chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1.5 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp chicken powder, and 1.5 tsp paprika powder.

Add 1 chopped onion, a little chopped green coriander (optional), and 1-1.5 tbsp cream to the chicken mixture.

Soak some bread slices in water and add them to the mixture for binding. Mix well and let it rest for 15-30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and press the chicken patty into the pan, cooking until marked and browned on both sides.
