Separate the minced beef to allow flavors to incorporate.

Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 finely chopped onion to the beef.

Add a pinch of salt to taste.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of curry powder and combine well.

Add 1 egg to the mixture and mix thoroughly to help it come together.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture and mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour as a binding agent and mix until combined.

Oil your hands and shape the beef mixture into patties.

Place the patties in a 4-slot granite pan.

Cook on medium heat until browned on one side, then turn to cook the other side until done.
