30g ginger pieces
1 large stick curry leaves
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons mild Kashmiri Chilli powder
Hot red Chilli powder to taste
2 tablespoons chicken pea flour
3 tablespoons lemon juice
