Prepare the dough by mixing maida, Desi ghee, and salt in a bowl.

In a pan, heat Desi ghee and add fresh coconut, sugar, almonds, pistachio nuts, cashew nuts, cardomon powder, and raisins; cook until sugar dissolves.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.

Place a spoonful of the coconut filling in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and seal the edges by pressing firmly.
