1

Transfer the cow foot into a pot and season with onion strips, fresh pepper, sizzling powder, and salt to taste.

2

Add enough water to cook the meat through and mix everything together.

3

Cover the pot and allow the meat to cook until completely tender.

4

Once the meat is soft, take the meat pieces out of the pot and place them on a plate, then transfer the stock to a separate plate and set aside.

5

Turn off the heat and place the pot back on the stove.

6

In a small mixing bowl, dissolve one tablespoon of potash with a little bit of water.

7

Transfer the palm oil into the pot and strain the dissolved potash through a fine sieve to extract the liquid.

8

Mix the palm oil and potash liquid until an orange-like creamy liquid is formed.

9

Add the ground crayfish, onion strips, fresh pepper, utazi leaves, and the cooked cow meat along with some salt to taste.

10

Mix everything together until the ingredients are thoroughly coated with the sauce.

11

Set on a plate and garnish with more utazi leaves and onion strips.
