1.5 tablespoons Garlic
1.5 tablespoons Ginger, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, cross cut
1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped into squares
2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
2 tablespoons Red Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon White Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
20 mini Idlis (or 6 regular Idlis cut into quarters)

Heat 2 tablespoons of Oil in a wok until hot.

Add 1/2 Onion and stir fry quickly.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of Garlic and 1.5 tablespoons of Ginger, finely chopped, and stir fry.

Add 2 Green Chillies, cross cut, and stir fry the aromatics.

Add 1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped into squares, and stir fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup, 2 tablespoons of Red Chilli Sauce, 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon of White Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder; mix everything.

Add the fried Idlis (20 mini Idlis or 6 regular Idlis cut into quarters) to the wok.

Add a little bit of Water to de-glaze the wok.

Add very little Salt, considering the Idlis and sauces already have salt.

Add lots of Spring Onions and toss everything quickly.
