1 cup semolina
1 cup curd
1 cup water
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon soaked chana dal
1 tablespoon urad dhuli dal
10-12 curry leaves
1 chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1/3 cup chopped coriander
1 teaspoon eno fruit salt
2-3 tablespoons oil (for manchurian masala)
1 cup chopped onion
1 chopped green chilli (for manchurian masala)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt (for manchurian masala)
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup water (for manchurian masala)

Mix poha, semolina, curd, 1 cup water, and 3/4 cup water in a bowl.

Add oil, mustard seeds, soaked chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, salt, red chilli flakes, chopped coriander, and eno fruit salt to the mixture.

Stir well and let it rest for a while.

In a pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil for the manchurian masala.

Add chopped onion and chopped green chilli, sauté until onions are translucent.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, and water to the pan.

Cook until the sauce thickens and then add the prepared idli mixture to the pan, mixing well.
