Prepare a batter with 1/2 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup cornflour, and 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder.

Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to the batter for a sweet flavor.

4

Mix the batter well, ensuring it is not too thick or too thin.

5

Heat oil for deep frying until hot.

10

Add chopped vegetables (like carrots and capsicum) and sauté until they are translucent.
