Onion (cubes) - 2/3 cup
Capsicum (cubes) - 2/3 cup
Finely chopped garlic - 2 to 3 cloves
Finely chopped ginger - 1/2 inch
Finely chopped green chilies - 2
Chopped green onions (white part) - 1/4 cup
Chopped spring onions - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 3 to 4 tbsp
Chili sauce - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cut the millet idli into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Add onion and capsicum, stir-fry until they are slightly tender.

Add the cubed millet idli and mix well.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce, and salt. Stir to combine.

Add chopped green onions and spring onions, mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
