Soursop Juice

2 cups soursop pulp
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp lime juice

Take semi-frozen soursop pulp that has been cleaned and frozen in zip lock bags.

Place the soursop pulp in a blender.

Add clean water to the blender (about half the amount of pulp).

Blend on 'stir' mode for about 50 seconds to extract juice, ensuring seeds remain whole.

Use a double strainer to strain the juice into a container, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.

For a second extraction, add about another cup of water to the remaining pulp in the blender.

Blend again on 'mix' mode to extract more juice without crushing the seeds.

Strain the second extraction using the same double strainer, pressing down to get all the juice out.

Pour the extracted soursop juice into a serving container.
