Soursop Juice

1 ripe soursop
1 to 1.5 cups cold water
condensed milk to taste
nutmeg (a pinch)

Wash the soursop thoroughly before refrigerating.

Peel the soursop using a spoon to remove the skin.

Remove any visible seeds if desired, but it's not necessary.

Place the peeled soursop into a blender.

Add about 1 to 1.5 cups of cold water to the blender with the soursop.

Blend on the 'stir' speed to keep the seeds whole and properly process the soursop.

Pour the blended mixture into a strainer over a bowl to separate the juice from the pulp.

Use a spoon to press the pulp and extract as much juice as possible.

Pour the strained juice into a jug.

Sweeten the juice with condensed milk to taste, and optionally add a pinch of salt and nutmeg.
