whole garam masala (2 cardamom pods, 1 black cardamom, 1 small cardamom, cinnamon stick, nutmeg)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1-1.5 teaspoons red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
1.5 teaspoons chole masala
4-5 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
