2 bay leaves

2 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon amchur (dried mango powder)
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup fresh coriander
2 tablespoons crushed anardana (pomegranate seeds)
