2 tbsp oil
3 cm ginger
5 cloves garlic

Slice the red snapper fillets into thinner slices.

Squeeze some lime juice over the fish.

Add about half an egg white to the fish and mix together.

Marinate the beef slices with 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, and 2 tbsp fish sauce.

If desired, add 2 blocks of Fu Chung Beancurd and crush them together.

Add 1 tbsp sugar and mix everything together.

Pour the marinade sauce onto the beef slices.

Marinate the beef for 15-30 minutes in the lower part of the fridge.

Heat up the claypot and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Slice 3 cm of ginger and 5 cloves of garlic thinly, then add them to the claypot.

Add some dried chili for color and a little bit of Szechuan peppercorn.

Add the marinated beef slices into the claypot.

Pour in broth (chicken, beef, or fish) according to how much soup you want.

Add any desired veggies like carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, and broccoli, ensuring the broth is hot when added.

Add the prawns and fish into the pot.

Add pre-boiled Pho noodles into the claypot.

Cover the pot with a lid to boil faster, then open it to check when done.
