1 lb. Ground Beef (450g)
1 lb. Ground Pork (450g)
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs (1.1dl)
2 Large Egg yolks
Salt & Black Pepper
1/2 Onion
4 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Flour
3 Cups Beef Broth (7dl)
1/4 Cup Heavy cream (0.5dl)

Chop onion

In a bowl mix together ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg yolks, salt and Black Pepper and stir to combine

Form mixture into small meatballs

In a frying pan on medium heat cook meatballs in olive oil and let brown for a few minutes and then transfer them to a plate

Make gravy: Melt the butter and whisk in flour until golden then add beef broth and whisk until no clumps remain

Bring to simmer and let thicken approx. 2min

Add the cream and stir around, then return the meatballs into the pan and let cook for approx. 5min
