1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
3 garlic cloves
1 medium sweet onion

Preheat the Ninja Foodi on Sear Saute high.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the inner pot.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef and 1 pound of ground pork.

Add 1 large egg, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, and 1/4 cup of heavy cream to the meat mixture.

Incorporate 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard into the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of fine grind sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon of allspice to the mixture.
