3-4 tbsp unsalted softened butter
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/3 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tbsp lemon pepper powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chopped shallots
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter mixture
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
A pinch of salt

Season the lamb chops with all-purpose seasoning, lemon pepper powder, and chili powder on both sides. Let them rest.

In a bowl, mix garlic paste with softened butter, olive oil, lemon zest, chopped parsley, chopped rosemary, all-purpose seasoning, lemon pepper powder, and red pepper flakes to create the butter mixture.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil.

Place the lamb chops into the skillet and sear one side for three minutes, then turn over and sear for one minute, and finally sear the other side for four minutes.
