1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds, and let them splutter.

Add 2 cups of chopped cucumber and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and salt to taste.
