In a kadhai, add oil and heat it up.

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon of ajwain to the oil.

Next, add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder and mix well.

Add 200 grams of yogurt to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Reduce the heat to low and add a little water to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon of salt, mixing well.

Keep stirring on low heat until the yogurt cooks and starts to boil.

After boiling, add 1 cup of semolina to the mixture.
