1 liter water
2 cups double-steamed rice
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green chilies, crushed
1 tsp coriander powder
1/3 tsp garam masala
1 & 1/3 cup water
1/3 cup curd
1/3 tsp black pepper
2-3 green chilies, slits
