1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 dry red chili
1/2 red bell pepper (diced)

6 diced mushrooms

1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp corn flour
2 cups water
