Clean the dover sole by pulling off the skin using a paper towel and pat it dry after washing with lemon and salt.

Slice the potatoes and season them with salt, black pepper, and potato spices, then add olive oil and mix well.
Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a pan and bake them in the oven.

Add butter to create a creamy sauce, then squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
Add fresh spices and parsley to the sauce before serving.
Arrange the kale and vegetables on a plate with the fish and pour the sauce over the top.
