Beef Steak with Pepper Sauce & Veggies

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic and chopped onion.
Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add sliced bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini to the skillet.
Cook the vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour soy sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
Slice the rested steak against the grain and arrange on a plate.
Top the steak with the sautéed vegetables and drizzle with any remaining sauce.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
