1 tablespoon pure sesame oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon white cooking wine
1 teaspoon chicken granules
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Chop the bok choy towards the bottom, removing the leaves and cutting off any small stocks that are still attached.

Rinse the bok choy and prepare to cook.

Heat a wok until smoking hot without any oil, then char the bok choy for a couple of minutes until it gets some color.
