4-5 medium onions sliced
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt or to taste
1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
½ tsp red chilli powder or to taste
1 tsp roasted & crushed cumin seeds
1 tsp crushed red chilli
¼ tsp orange food color
1 tbsp chopped green chilli
10-12 chopped curry leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ cup chopped mint leaves
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
1 cup gram flour
2 tbsp rice flour
3-4 tbsp water or as required
cooking oil for frying

In a bowl, add sliced onions, Himalayan pink salt, crushed coriander seeds, red chilli powder, roasted & crushed cumin seeds, crushed red chilli, orange food color, chopped green chilli, chopped curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped mint leaves, and chopped fresh coriander, and mix well.

Add gram flour and rice flour to the mixture and mix well.

Gradually add water and mix until combined.

In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry the mixture on low flame until golden and crispy.
