1 lb pork mince
1 cup grated onion
1 large egg
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup double cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread soaked in milk

Combine beef mince and pork mince in a bowl.

Add grated onion and an egg to the meat mixture.

Mix the ingredients by hand to form meatballs.
