1 pack of fresh Tofu (cube sliced)
Scallions / Onion chives (finely chopped)
Half of green capsicum (diced)
1 pc. of red onion (finely chopped)
Half slice of lemon juice
1 tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp of soy sauce or oysters sauce
pinch of black pepper
pinch of salt
half slice of lemon
Finely chopped scallions / onion chives or parsley
Red hot chillies

Heat the butter in a pan.

Add the finely chopped red onion and sautรฉ until translucent.

Add the diced green capsicum (or hot chilies) and sautรฉ for a few more minutes.

Add the cubed tofu and cook until slightly golden.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce (or oyster sauce), black pepper, and salt.

Pour the tofu mix sauce over the tofu in the pan and stir to combine.

Squeeze in half a slice of lemon juice and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped scallions, parsley, and red hot chilies before serving.
