Paratha Roti

2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup warm water (or as needed)

Mix together baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.

Add self-rising flour and mix thoroughly by hand.

Add a little oil and ghee to soften the dough.

Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.

Roll out the dough into small parts for making roti.

Apply a little oil on the rolled dough to create layers.

Sprinkle flour on the dough to prevent sticking.
