Mix together 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.

Gradually add 1 cup of warm water to the flour mixture, mixing with your hands until you achieve a soft dough.

If the dough is too sticky, add more flour as needed until it is no longer sticky.

Once the dough is ready, place it back in the bowl, drizzle a little oil on top to prevent drying, and cover with a clean cloth. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, mix together 0.5 cup of olive oil and some butter in a bowl.

Sprinkle flour on a clean surface to prevent sticking, then divide the rested dough into three equal pieces.

Take one piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking.

Place a generous amount of butter in the center of the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle some flour on top.

Make a slit in the dough from the center to the edge, then roll the dough into a cone shape, tucking the end inside.

Press down the top of the cone to seal it, and set it aside. Repeat the rolling and shaping process with the remaining pieces of dough.
