Open the bag of flour and measure out 4 cups of all-purpose flour.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder to the flour.

Pour in warm water gradually to knead the flour into a dough, adjusting the amount based on feel.

Knead the dough until it reaches a soft texture and then let it rest covered with a wet paper towel.

In a separate bowl, mix onions, garlic, and a mixture of curry powder, garam masala, and turmeric with a little water to create a paste.

Heat oil in a Karai (wok) and add the curry paste to it, stirring until it bubbles and becomes aromatic.

Add chicken to the hot oil without seasoning, as the flavor is in the curry paste.

Cover the pot and let the chicken cook for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, return to the dough, oil it out, and prepare to roll it into flatbreads.
