Instructions
- 1Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- 3Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 5Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables.
- 6Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- 7Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
- 8Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
