Boil 3 cups of full cream milk in a heavy bottom saucepan

Reduce the flame to low and add 2 tsp of sugar

Let the milk reduce to half until it thickens

Cool the thickened milk

Blend 1.5 cups of peeled and chopped mangoes to make puree

Transfer the cooled thickened milk to a bowl

Mix in the mango puree

Pour the mixture into kulfi molds

Put on the lids and insert ice cream sticks

Freeze for at least 6 hours

To unmold, dip the molds in room temperature water for 3 to 4 seconds

Garnish with chopped dry fruits if desired
