Prepare the ricotta cream by mixing 600 g of well-drained ricotta with 150 g of sugar, 100 g of cocoa powder, 2 eggs, 100 g of melted dark chocolate, and the grated zest of one orange.

Brush the Savoiardi with a mixture of 50 g Grand Marnier (10 g for the ricotta and 40 g for soaking) or orange juice if making a non-alcoholic version.

Layer the Savoiardi in a 20 cm cake pan and fill with the ricotta cream.
