1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup unsweetened grated coconut
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
to taste breadcrumbs (optional)
