In a large bowl, mix unsweetened coconut flakes and Panko bread crumbs to form the breading.

Crack 3 large eggs into a bowl to prepare the egg wash and mix well.

Season peeled and deveined white shrimp with black pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt, and Old Bay seasoning.

Coat the seasoned shrimp in all-purpose flour, then dip into the egg wash, ensuring it is well covered.

Transfer the shrimp to the coconut and Panko crumb mixture, ensuring it is well coated.

Set the coated shrimp aside on a plate and continue the coating process until all shrimp are done.

Heat oil in a deep fryer for frying the shrimp.

Once the oil is hot, deep fry the shrimp for about 4 to 5 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden brown.
