Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

- 3In a third bowl, place the shredded coconut (and breadcrumbs if using).
- 4Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with shredded coconut.
- 5Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated shrimp in batches, avoiding overcrowding.
- 7Fry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- 8Remove the shrimp and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 9Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
