1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
