300g Boneless Chicken
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Chicken seasoning or 1 Bouillon
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Cornflour
3 Bell Peppers
Spring Onions
1/2 Small Onion
2 Chilli Peppers
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
4 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/3 Cup Ketchup
1/3 Cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Cornflour
2 tsp Chicken Seasoning

Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chicken seasoning or bouillon, salt, smoked paprika, and cornflour.

Slice the bell peppers, spring onions, half a small onion, and chilli peppers.

In a pan, stir-fry the minced garlic and minced ginger until fragrant.

Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook until browned.

Add the sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.

In a bowl, mix together the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, and cornflour to create the slurry.

Pour the slurry over the chicken and vegetables in the pan and stir until everything is well coated and the sauce thickens.
