2 T. canola oil
2 c. smoked chicken, cut into strips
2 c. mixed stir-fry vegetables
2 t. liquid dashi or chicken broth
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. oyster sauce
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. water

Heat oil in wok until the oil begins to smoke.

Add chicken and vegetables. Cook about 30 seconds.

Add dashi, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook about two minutes more until vegetables are just tender.

Mix water into cornstarch and add to stir fry to thicken.

Pour over rice and ENJOY!!
