300g chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil
½ onion
2 bell peppers
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp cornstarch

Cut 300g of chicken into thin slices.

Marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp of soy sauce, ½ tsp of cornstarch, 1 tsp of sugar, and 2 tsp of oil. Mix it well and set it aside.

Cut half an onion into thin slices.

Cut 2 bell peppers into thin slices.

Mince 2-3 garlic cloves.

Prepare the stir fry sauce by mixing 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of cooking wine, 3 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of water, 2 tsp of sugar, and ½ tsp of cornstarch until the sugar and cornstarch are dissolved.

Heat the wok and drizzle about 1 tbsp of oil, then stir fry the onions for a few seconds.

Add the bell pepper and remove from the pan, setting it aside.

Drizzle some more oil in the same pan and brown the chicken.

Add minced garlic and chili flakes to the chicken.

Pour the stir fry sauce over the chicken, followed by the vegetables.

Toss everything well for a few minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.
