400 gm boneless chicken
1 tbs soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tsp corn flour
1 tbs soya sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbs chopped garlic
3-4 tbs oil
1 onion
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
2 tbs white part of spring onion
2 tbs green part of spring onion

Marinate the chicken with 1 tbs soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and 3 tsp corn flour.

In a pan, heat 3-4 tbs oil and add chopped garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add sliced onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the pan, and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.

In a bowl, mix 1 tbs soya sauce, 2 tbs oyster sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp white pepper powder to create the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and stir to combine.

Garnish with the white and green parts of the spring onion before serving.
