1/2 pound veggie crumbles
1/2 pound ham slices (I can't believe it's not ham)
1/2 green sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 orange sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons bacon seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Heat a frying pan over medium heat for about a minute and add a little bit of oil.

Add chopped onion and sweet peppers to the pan and sauté until they become tender.

Add veggie crumbles and ham slices to the sautéed onions and sweet peppers.

Mix in the oregano, thyme, white pepper, salt, paprika, bacon seasoning, ketchup, and barbecue sauce.

Cook the mixture on low heat for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.

Once the meat replacement is tender, add the cooked green pigeon peas to the mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Return the blended mixture to the saucepan.

Add a little water to loosen the mixture, then add the guinea corn flour, stirring to combine.
