1 kg chicken boneless in strips
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 to 3 tbsp chilli sauce
1 cup pepper (cut in long)
1 cup red onion
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
½ cup ketchup

Mix the chicken with the chilli sauce and ginger garlic paste and leave it to marinate for 10 mins.

Stir fry the onion and pepper for 2 to 3 mins in oil and take them out.

Add the marinated chicken and cook until it's cooked and no water is left.

Add the peppers and onion, salt, paprika, and pepper and cook for another 2 mins.

Then add the ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, and a bit of water if you like it a bit saucy.

Cook for another 2 to 3 mins covered and then serve with either boiled rice or chips.
