300g of boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of brown sugar
2 tsp of vegetable oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of rice wine
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of water
2 tsp of white sugar
1/2 tsp of cornstarch
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
Half of red bell pepper, sliced into strips
Half of green bell peppers, sliced into strips
Little bit of vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp of chili flakes

Marinate the chicken strips with 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of cornstarch, 1/2 tsp of brown sugar, and 2 tsp of vegetable oil.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients: 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp of rice wine, 3 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of water, 2 tsp of white sugar, and 1/2 tsp of cornstarch.

Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the sliced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the pan.

Stir in the minced garlic and chili flakes, and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.

Pour the sauce over the stir-fried chicken and vegetables, and mix well until everything is coated and heated through.
